Relax As You Read This

As you read this, connect to the meaning of each word.

Do not rush it.

Don’t just read these words with your mental body but feel them in your emotional body.

As you read this, feel your jaw unclench, your eyebrow soften.

As your eyes slowly and peacefully slide through the surface of your screen, reading this,

Begin to take a deep slow slow expansive breath.

Slower

Fuller

Enjoy it.

Pause.

And even slower….release the breath through the nose.

Only to enjoy the pause in between breaths.

Pause. Be the pause. Do not rush.

Do that one more time.

Slower now,

Inhale and feel space being created within, erasing any heaviness…

Hold the breath as you relax your face completely and finally

As you slowly exhale it…let go of the tension you keep on your shoulders.

Feel that gentle yet deep relaxation caused by the breath swirling inside your body,

As you read this…your toes relax, along with any worry that you have been projecting into the future.

As you read this… a gentle but obvious wave of relaxation bathes your Being, from the inside out.

As you read this, you feel each cell empty from any fear, doubt or concern.

All at once, gently your give yourself to Life itself.

Let it have you, for a second, fully let it have you.

For that second, you are not in charge…

Let it have you.

Breathe deeply and slowly once more, collect any secret hidden tension that exists within your mind and easily release it all back to Creation.

Give it all back.

Empty yourself out.

Feel that.

Breathe.

Stay still as you read this, be the witness of that stillness.

Nothing for you to change, nothing for you to fix, to choose, to do.

Close your eyes after you are done reading this, and fully vask in those peaceful emotions that are comforting you. Be present with them. Let go and feel, truly, with the next slow breath…feel your peace.
